Singer Katy Perry’s Twitter account was hacked and the hackers posted some nasty and vulgar tweets. The Twitter account of the “Dark Horse” singer was hacked on Monday, May 30, and it posted some random tweets including the one referring to her feud with the “Black Space” hitmaker, reported E! online.
